Climate change comes for some of the oldest and most established cities on the planet.

It is unavoidable, and globally we should be planning for this.

Today is Trans Day of Remembrance.

Today we remember and grieve all those we have lost. But we also commit – collectively – to fighting for those of us who are left. There will be hope as long as we continue to stand together.

When 93% adopt but only 2% see returns, it’s not an AI problem, it’s an execution problem.

The tech is advancing fast - but are leaders rethinking strategy fast enough to capture value?

Do they understand what they are adopting/using?

It’s worth remembering that the UCP aren’t just robbing Albertans of their charter rights…

Amery openly conceded that these laws also violate the Alberta Human Rights Act and the Alberta Bill of Rights.

That the UCP just rewrote.

They could. They didn't have to. But they did it anyway.

Why did the UCP use the notwithstanding clause to strip trans folks of their Charter rights?

Laziness? Impatience? Vengence?

Motives matter little. The impact is by design: maximal harm in minimal time.

Businesses thrive on stability. When policies shift too often or seem unpredictable, investment slows, hiring pauses, and growth stalls.

If policy makers want strong economies, they must create environments where businesses can plan long-term… with clarity, not chaos.

The rising prominence of HR is a reflection of how talent and culture have become strategic levers, not just support functions.

But if AI is poised to automate core HR functions, what becomes of its strategic seat at the table?

#Budget week should have been a "communications gift" for Pierre #Poilievre. A $78B deficit is "the political equivalent of pitching a strike straight down the middle."
