Great to see @danielkebedeneu.bsky.social calling for teacher flexible working. With 10% leaving annually, change is needed. We found it's complex but achievable with whole-school approaches and strong leadership.

🧸 From this week, 9-month-olds are eligible for funded childcare in England. Transformative for families IF we have staff to deliver it. However 70% of providers lack capacity due to staff shortages. Flexible working could help fill half the shortfall.
