Just got jumpscared at the staff canteen post-shift with a smol bday celebration. Some colleagues bought some tiny cakes. I’m so touched oughhh. 😭
Other depts were looking at why this crazy group kept singing - they restarted the bday song each time another colleague joined.

Great news: they narrowed it down to Momo not being terminal! It's likely an acute injury, but we're waiting on test results. The bad news is that he needs to stay 48 more hours, and that'll cost a lot. Anything helps donation-wise or by sharing. Thank you for all your help so far, I appreciate it.

besides the obvious near-term concrete win here (congratulations Blue Prince, new winner of GOTY) I appreciate this also hopefully makes ultra clear to newer teams that even if their work was as well received as Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, AI'll make it ineligible or get an asterisk in awards shows

The energy at my theatre workplace has gotten so negative. I enjoy most of the work and love seeing my colleagues, but management feels like they kinda hate us and it makes it hard. 😭
