If there's anything I love, it's a good set of statistics. You have to take statistics on the Internet with a grain of salt, anytime it's coming from an individual, rather than an educational source material. The Internet is full of bogus statistics.

But.

Apparently the prevalence of ticks on the East Coast is astronomical and some people just casually have Lyme disease and that weird protein allergy thing that can come with it.

Sometimes when I'm just dazing around I stare at nutrition labels and I was looking at the milk.

I mean if all the Internet surveillance bullshit gets more widespread I'm just gonna start going outside. I already deleted all social media over time after the Elon thing and with zucker being a robot.
I'm fine with just texting people. All my international friends will fall off.

It is a blessed day to be surrounded by gooners. Goon goon.

Eventually ai will get so good that the only way to tell real art apart is by having real artists start intentionally making odd mistakes. No that paintings not ai. You can see the artist added an extra thumb.

Bsky logged me out for a while and I really didn't feel like stumbling around for my password book so I just didn't for a while. I hope all my favorite artists out there have been having a good time.

Not all those non favorites though. Choke on an egg Guy.

New dating culture. The man doesn't pay. The boss pays. Whomsoever in the relationship gives the orders and demands, pays the way. If you can afford the pants you can afford the meal

I woke up today. When did they ruin box tops? I just thought about these out of nowhere and I saw the logo and took a look and you don't collect them anymore I guess? I wasn't even sure they still existed. Apparently it does, and they got rid of the fun part that actually got kids involved.

There has to be a business in renting production facilities. You hear tales about the enshitification of products in the world, and people often link it to examples of really good products that went out of business because nobody ever needed to buy another one.

I feel like the snake being the bad guy in the whole Adam and eve apple event isn't very fair to snakes. When it comes to gardening and farming snakes are the best. They eat the stuff that eats the crop. The snake protects the apple. The snake doesn't do it for us, but we are lucky to have the snake

More so than just moths. So many bugs are attracted to light. Humans haven't always been around, so neither have campfires or lightbulbs so I have to wonder what came first. Humans, or a bug's desire to go towards the light.

Looking back, I think the biggest regret I have, from back in school, is that I never, not one single time, ever asked any of my art teachers to see their own art. That they chose to make, in their free time.

Luckily for humanity, none of the ticks that could fly, carried the disease.

Something that Soul Eater does so well, that is so severely lacking in the vast majority of adventure/action anime out there, is creating a power structure that humanizes the villains. There are so many instances where the villains are put together with more powerful villains.

My dad used to beat the tar out of me as a kid, and I don't mean the grab a switch and whip the boy kind, I mean the 8 years In the army meathead kind.

That aside I've been thinking how terrible schools are to children, especially when it comes to instances where they need to protect them.

We say it all the time. We should just make a new YouTube by the little man, or a new google, or a new this or that and a lot falls by the wayside, but maybe that is the solution here. It's bad enough visa MasterCard pretty much monopolizes money itself, but maybe we just need a new entrepreneur

You know, Throughout my life I never really got into tobacco all that much. Tried some cigars some hookah but mostly stay away from it. I gotta wonder though, knowing that despite the change in culture regarding cigarettes over the last 30 years, big tobacco is kinda still going strong

Europe tends to be the first in line when it comes to tacking on rules and regulations, and back in the day when they started cracking down on apple, and forced them to give up the lightning cables, and started this whole reduced plastic initiative, I was pretty excited about it.

As a kid my dad always had so many positive things to say about microsoft and gates, he learned computers in a classroom setting, likely sometime in the 80’s, and continued on his whole life to building PC’s and programming stuff. He taught me about internet privacy, and what freedom it brought.

Im not sure what the universally accepted definition of a universe has come to today, whether its all of the things (galaxies and space goo) within a space, or the empty space itself. If all of our space goo collects back into some super particle and one of those two things disappears.

Supposedly Ozzy finally kicked the big one. Been saying every concert was gonna be his last for the last 8 years or so. Guess that’s finally true. Man really kept going til he died and he earned his place in rockstar Valhalla. Rip.
