People keep saying be kind to myself. It’s not my fault. Things are tough. Problem is, I’m in a lake slipping under and all people can do is yell from the dock it’s not my fault and I'm doing great.

The other day I learned that #cigars have a lot in common with tea. At least to me. I tried one and the burn was a bit too strong for me but the flavors degraded to a black tea flavor.
So, yeah, it becomes tea. And it's not unpleasant one you get over the burn (or avoid it by going mild).
