Trying to work past long-term post-antidepressant brainfog and get back into doing spec-evo/worldbuilding. So have some frog seedworld stuff. Am I cooking here, or should I quite while I'm ahead?

Here's to another lousy year. The only thing of note for me was that I experienced some of the worst health I've ever had, with all sorts of and infections and chronic complications, and literally becoming delirious from stress. I don't look forward to what the next year holds
