Made Kewpie mayo air fryer salmon tonight~ Also, tried a no bake keto cheesecake recipe & doubled it because I thought it wouldn't be enough but one "serving" was actually two so now I just have a big bowl. Atleast I don't have to make more. Wish I had a flatter container tho x)

Have a lot of...things to do and work on and starting to feel the stress 😓probably 'cause it's all.. overwhelming atm, but, it's ok everything will work out in the end 🙏

I had some of the leftover "no water added" chicken soup & it was a lot better the day after~ I did add some salt and extra bouillon lol, because I wanted A bit more soup base but, it was very delicious. Also, had a mixed berry zero sugar yogurt for dessert

It's good, but some tweaks I'd do next time. Since the onion is already kinda sweet, I'd maybe use less carrots too since the soup came out more on the sweet side. If you're fine with that it's good as is, but I think I'd add some salt for my pref. Then, I def left it a bit long-
I tried that "no added water" chicken soup that's been going around, except I replaced the apples with carrots for some sweetness since I'm more low carb. So much soup/"essence" came out from the steaming on low for 1 hour+ (I did 2.5 hours because I got distracted) 😲
