Madam Mam’s has something called a Pad Macaroni, which is the fixings of their pad thai but tossed in pasta instead of rice noodles.
The oil pools a bit instead of absorbing like it would with the noodles but somehow it works as a once in a blue moon dish. Something akin to a pesto pasta.
