Today, on my way to the train, a woman walking 5-10 feet in front of me unceremoniously dumped a bag of birdseed and breadcrumbs on the ground. Like 30 pigeons flocked in front of me, blocking the way to the train. She literally looked back at me and laughed as she got on her bus
