Day 3 of this flu and really in the thick of it. Head filled up with gunk and nose leaks like an overfilled diaper. I think it's messing with my gut, too, hunger takes on a truly painful twist and I'm farting like crazy. Friends brought me some food which was really nice of them.

It took me until now to learn that Canada is a "shoes off in the house" culture.

With that said, I submit that "just pick up a pencil" as an argument against it is ableist.

I'm taking 4 each ibuprofen, acetaminophen, and aspirin for my flu. They really help with the overall discomfort so I can function.
