Thankfully we haven't had any rain here in quite some time so despite the fact that it's 0°C outside, the footpaths remain accessible and walkable.

It's 3 degrees Celsius out there and I see folks swanning around in shorts.
Granted it's actually dry and there's a fair bit of sunshine but it's close to freezing point and folks are cavorting about like it's July.
