With my gammy arm, typing at speed is difficult. Makes writing a novel rather impossible. So instead, I've been worldbuilding my fantasy series this week.

Ugh. 2025. Already not great.
Painful way to start 2025
I've been dealing with intermittent pain and motion restriction in my left shoulder since September. Then in November, it turned the corner from intermittent to regular and it impacted my life enough that I finally sought medical help. As a result of that consultation, I was dignosed with a couple muscle impingements and prescribed physical therapy. As of New Year's Eve, I'd had five sessions and I was already improving.

Okay, not completely. Some of it did, some of it didn't; and there was no pattern, no rhyme or reason. All the text formatting was haphazardly applied.
