The other night a group of us was talking about going to Japan.

My partner piped up with “we wanna go in about 5 years, I’ve even found an onsen we can go to”, and let me tell you I was so surprised by that 👀

It’s something we’ve talked about, but having him say that to a group of my friends?

“Hourly rate reflective of experience” is the most effective way to make me skip applying for an otherwise perfect sounding job

Uni awards night!

A project I did the cinematography for is up for “Best Documentary”, so hopefully we win 🤞🏻

“A watched pot never boils”, I tell myself as I watch and wait for this pot to boil 😂

Another wrestling weekend in the books, now it’s time for the 9 hour bus ride back home 🥲

Camera decided to overheat, so I had to film on my phone for the main event (argh)

It was a fantastic weekend at PAX Aus

Being able to acknowledge when I fuck up, taking action to make the necessary changes so I can rectify the situation, and being patient for the outcome is a world away from who I was even less than a year ago.

I’m really proud of me.

Disability is expensive like when you buy a bunch of groceries with the plan to cook lots of things and then you have a pain flare or your brain acts up and you have to eat takeout for days and then all your groceries go bad and then you have to go out and buy them all again.

Let’s normalise not asking people why they broke up with someone…

If they haven’t told you, it’s probably because it’s none of your business 🤷🏼‍♀️

Like even some people who knew we broke up before I started saying anything online don’t know why we did - why would I be telling some anonymous random? 😅
