It is inspired by Thorin Oakenshield and feminized a bit. I am a huge fan of his and love The Hobbit.

When it comes to Astarion’s writing I find myself in love with the fact that he has key words that appear in his story over and over- "want" and "safe". Every single time he's said one it's always brought a unique depth to his character. The attention to detail is masterful.
