Can’t stop thinking about how much I love @kianamai.bsky.social ’s pilot, especially Zira, because she’s very relatable. I hope there will be more and I hope that Zira gets to become a magical girl! Just wanted to try my hand at a magical girl form for her and do something moon inspired. 💖 #idwtbamg
Since Aika is star themed I thought it would be fun to make Zira’s magical girl form moon themed (since I keep seeing all of the little moons on her). Also thought it would be fun to make her silver to go along with Aika’s gold coloring. I also took some inspiration from Sailor Moo- I MEAN MOON SAILOR, and mixed in some of the Princess Serenity dress in it color wise. I also gave her a fro because I wanted to make her hair round like the moon. I drew a little magical friend like Hoshi too who was moon inspired, but I decided not to add them lol. I really, really love this show though and constantly listened to “Her Song” while drawing this. Couldn’t decide if I liked it better with or without glasses, so I added the with glasses picture too.
