Willy stares down at his flintlock pistol in distress as he says "This... isn't working...Bullets just bounce right off him...Walt only seems to be able to fend him off with his hammer...". Tears begin to well in his eyes as he continues "But I don't have a weapon like that, and I'm not strong enough to fight him bare handed! but Walt can't do this alone! there ha to be something-". He is interrupted as something off-panel makes a soft 'bop' noise. Willy turns to look at it in surprise, his expression softening.

A New Whollop Bros. comic is out!! The climatic fight against Sun Wukong has arrived, but how will the boys put down the monkey king for good? especially when one of their weapons is ineffective? #comics #comicstrips #webcomics #pirates
Walt and Wukong clash midair, only for Wukong to glance behind him and realize an airborne willy is lining up two shots. When Willy fires though, Wukong manages to catch the bullets in his teeth. As the combatants land, Wukong bats Walt away with one end of his staff. He takes the other end and delivers a crushing gut-blow towards willy, which sends him flying. As Wukong snickers, an enrage Walt flies at him from behind with hammer raised Walt lands on Wukong's shoulder and begins pulling his hair and headband. A winded Willy picks up his pistol to fire again, only for the bullet to bounce off Wukong with a "boing". Willy reflexively ducks as the bullet passes overhead.

"take heed mateys, for those who sail this way rarely return to friendly shores, and dead men tell no tales" The whollop brothers flinch as the squad of soldiers are ordered to fire, but as the bullets hit their body, the projectiles are flung backwards. Willy comments "well thats new" Sun Wukong turns to leave, saying "Well my work here is done, I'm sure my crew here can 'show you out'". Several small monkeys holding pistols rise up, and as shots go off in the background wukong continues speaking. "Awe, alone at last! I can finally go-" The monkey king is cut off as the shots give way to a loud, spring-like sound. "Boing?" Wukong asks in confusion. He turns in shock to see his monkeys on the ground, and the brothers standing defiantly unharmed. Willy states "sorry to disappoint sun, but we've recently developed a projectile dysfunction" Sun Wukong grips his staff enraged. "So!" he says "You brats managed to get your hands on the forbidden fruit as well...". Walt and Willy, while smiling, also look quite angry, as they lean forward with weapons in hand. Walt responds "We don't know anything about your thorn-ridden fruit! All I know is we're about to kick your ass!". The combatants leap towards each other as Wukong shouts "Bring it, brat!"

These cards seem to have curious magical effects: One activated when its user flips it face-up, and the other when the face of the card is shown at all. How odd. We'll keep digging through this trove and let you know what else we find #cardgames #tradingcards #TCG #indiedev #fantasy

Sun Wukong turns around with his staff over his shoulder, as he smirks and tosses Lindsay to the side, taunting "Here, have one of your friends back. I was getting bored with beating them." Walt and Willy lean over, gently picking Lindsay up, as Walt asks "Lindsay, why'd you rush in without us?" A beaten and bloodied Lindsay weakly responds "I... I just wanted to be able to handle this myself... I didn't want you kids getting hurt..."

On a jungle island, Walt warns willy to be wary of the dangers of nature. When he turns tho, Willy’s already contracted a disease from a mosquito bite. take heed mateys, for those who sail this way rarely return to friendly shores, and dead men tell no tales" A chinese junk ship sails peacefully over the rocky seas, as on board, a small monkey reports to captain Sun Wukong. To short even to reach Wukong's sitting height, the monkey stands atop a barrel, saying "Captain, we've spotted a pirate sloop off our-". The monkey is cutoff though, as he is violently pushed aside by a cannonball, which seems to surprise even the disinterested Wukong. Wukong spins his head around, looking towards where the small monkey was shot, and asks "...off our what?!" Walt and Willy leap forward with a splash of water, with walt declaring "don't worry Lindsay! We're here to-". The two pause as they land, with expressions of dread across their faces. Walt mutters "oh no" as they see sun wukong holding a beaten lindsay by the collar. He says "oh good, the other brats are here. I already broke your friends"

Walt and willy stand on the side of a river before a waterfall, Walt says "Man, I love a good old cave and waterfall combo". Willy continues by saying "and it looks like Lindsay and chester beat us to it". They sit there overlooking the roaring, rushing waterfall for a moment before willy asks "so did we bring an umbrella?"

A group of monkeys sit about a large cave, loosely decorated with barrels, chairs and flags. At the mouth of the cave is a large waterfall, which causes a stream to come flowing through the cavern. Sun Wukong sits in a stone chair, drinking booze, proclaiming "awe, good to be home! No more little people to bother me, just good old peace and qui-". Off screen, Lindsay crashes in, interrupting the monkey king by yelling "WUKONG!". Wukong only responds by sighing "nevermind I guess"
