Went out last night for the first time in YEARS to a local gay bar. Still recovering after only 2 “gay bar” sized whiskeys. Those boys know how to pour. 😅

Started working out, intentionally, a little more than 8 months ago. This is the first time I’ve noticed some definition in my back! Feeling very proud of the hard work I’ve put in. It hasn’t been easy, but it has been worth it!
