Sometimes I make an offer on eBay for something I want to buy that is 1 cent less than the asking price. I don't why I do this.

I just think that capitalism should be a tool that serves the goal of improving life for all humanity and not a religion that we sacrifice our children to in order to keep the market gods happy

Dems backed Trump into a corner where he’s advocating for starving Americans and hemorrhaging support. If they vote to let him off the hook in exchange for nothing it’s a cataclysmic failure. I know people are in pain but insulating Republicans from political consequences is not the answer.

Courts have shown they can move quickly when they want. It was Garland's job to pressure them to, but he cared more about appearaing nonpartisan. Roberts is evil, but Garland clearly failed. He goes into the Chamberlain bucket of historical figures to me.
