So, been mulling this over in my head for a while: I really do not like the Commander Bundle thing they did for Avatar. Maybe this is me being “old” about it, but I like just having Commander Decks for sets.

Honestly, I was 8 yo, my older sister got into it with some cards and I fell in love. I taught some kids in my school, even into high school. I called it quits when people stole decks out of my backpack. That was either 2005 or 2006. Then I got back into the game with RtR.

Strixhaven had the potential to be it's own theme for a game. I mean, we love magic schools as a theme and making it more "adult" definitely appeals.
I almost wonder if there's room for a block where every color combination has a "school" in a multiversal school/college.

speaking of blocks, i think that duskmourn would have really benefited from a condensed khans block approach where we see the plane as it was/as Val took it over, and then the set we actually got

I've come a really long way in learning to cook this year. At the end of 2024, I could heat up taco meat, use the microwave and air fryer and heat up meatballs and pasta.
Now, I've got a rotating menu of food the wife and kids all love, and I search for more recipes, just for fun <3

Waterbending relying on artifacts irks me. I’m sure the flavor is that “artifacts” are what we’re calling the various ways waterbenders would carry water around, but it just feels off.
The creature part makes sense for bloodbending but I almost feel like it should hurt more.
