If I overstimulate myself or push too hard, I crash really really hard. I've slept through a million alarms in attempts to like muscle through it. No dice. Something I realized was as a teen I would frequently flee large gatherings after like an hour, with my headphones to drown out the noise and overstimulating social interactions.

Walking the yard parameter like a caged animal.
