Wondering how Vegas is going to sign both Dorofeev and Andersson. I guess William Karlsson gonna be traded. It will still be tight though.

What I don't understand in #FlyTogether and Panarin rumors is that ANA is interested but only without extension. I mean I don't like the extension, sure, but why would you trade 1st++ for a rental now? That doesn't make sense.

Looking at the NHL standings now and they are not that shocking. Apart from NJ the rest is more or less as expected. PIT/NYI/BOS a bit better, OTT/WSH a bit worse. STL/WPG could have been better. Really only NJ is not explainable. At all. They have everything to be good. Yet they are not. Weird.

Strong finish by #FlyTogether with a well deserved victory over SEA. PP didn't score but looked dangerous. I like this unit and how they operate.
At this point ANA is more likely to make playoffs than not. Remaining schedule is light, main opponents are struggling, it's their for take.

I think the only issue with TBL acquiring Panarin is their lack of assets. Other than that it should be smooth. Panarin surely wants to go there, surprisingly they can afford the extension. It simply makes too much sense for everybody.

Weirdly enough Zellweger has a higher projection than Mintyukov. 7x7 is really rich for a more like small 3rd pairing D than anything else at this point.

We are two thirds into the season and it's still unclear who is exactly Jacob Trouba and how his extension might look. If Ducks can sign him for something like 3x5 they should do it. But I doubt 3x5 would do it. But you might have to sign him. Just because of lack of other options.

Correct decision
This is the moment where Ducks drafting strategy costs them. They drafted about 10 forwards with late firsts, 2nds and 3rds since 2019 and the only one decent enough to play NHL is Colangelo. This is what happens when you draft high floor low ceiling players. They become bust.

Simply bad loss by #FlyTogether. Roster decisions are truly puzzling. Scrathing Strome, so Moore can play forward? Also playing Viel and Johnston over him. Weird. What happened to Colangelo? He's looking really bad this season. Why not call up Nesterenko? He looked good at least. So many questions.

Interesting that Sharks are in on Panarin. I think they are essentially one year behind Ducks and their defense is even bigger mess than ours. However I think their pipeline is richer. They just have more pieces with value and unlike ANA they should have enough stock to acquire both Panarin and D

It's been 3 weeks since #FlyTogether Troy Terry was declared day-to-day. I guess at this rate it's unlikely we see him or McTavish before the break.

I really hope #FlyTogether Verbeek meant it when he said he's not committed to anything yet when asked about trade deadline. He made a right call with Cronin despite getting results. He should make it again this season.

#FlyTogether played a good game, just didn't get a result. I don't really understand sitting Strome for that penalty. Gudas looks like he could use a break not Olympics tournament.

I'm so tired of this Panarin to ANA drama. If you want to pay 12 mil to a winger you'd better go and trade with DAL for Roberston. At least he's 10 years younger. Again I like Panarin. But Ducks have limited trade capital. It's critical to spend it right.

I know #FlyTogether coaching staff don't change the winning lineup but I think it's time. Helleson played just 11 min. Moore-Washe-Johnston struggling. Harkins between Strome and Kreider also not a solution. Moore should be back to defense, put Strome at C and play Colangelo/Nesterenko.

Sennecke hat-trick felt inevitable since his second goal. It just couldn't ended a different way. #FlyTogether won another game they had no business winning. Given their injuries I'll take it. I'm not sure they have left anything in the tank for EDM tomorrow.

Of all #FlyTogether prospects not in the NHL I’d keep McQueen and Luneau. The rest you can easily ship if you need. Many love Solberg but he’s lefty and left side on D is okay. Hence Luneau > Solberg. McQueen still has a chance to hit high. Imagine having him as 3C on ELC deal in that case?

Gauthier is playing very good on his off wing recently. This is an interesting development roster wise. Right side was a weak spot and now we have Terry, Sennecke and Gauthier potentially. Honestly I think they could give Cutter a shot at center.
