It means knowing what's outside of us isn't in our control and still getting up despite it disagreeing with us. It's putting down pain for a moment and being in the moment. And let me tell you, there's a lot of those beautiful moments.

Tried out some kintsugi today. This saucer belong to my utensil holder for cooking, and I could not find a replacement that fits on it. So I decided to keep it for when I learn how to fix ceramics and broken pottery.

I would highly recommend anyone to take a mental health first aid course. I had to use it today.
I spotted a coworker in mild distress. I didn't hesitate to address her. There was a problem going on throughout the week, and I was worried for her well being.
Check in with everyone around you. ❤️

I've watched 60-70 year olds who never learned that. I've watched young ones too. It's admitting you have a chaos, from being traumatized. And then working through it.
