This chapter has a lot of JP grinding for the 100% class achievement, so I sped that up 8x. Cutscenes and most dialogue at normal speed. The Midlights Deep fights are slowed down to 2x speed. Yes, I know I missed a couple of treasure items, and I forgot to do the books, but I went with 100% achievement completion. This is a lonnnnng video, but I've added chapters on the YouTube end to jump ahead to dialog and other interesting parts of the video. Upon completion, I finished every Steam achievement in the game, joining 2.1% of other FFT fanatics:

The story continues! Still really enjoying The Ivalice Chronicles. I know a lot of folks like the War of the Lions, but I now consider this to be the definitive version of the game. Like in the other videos, exploration, menus, and battles sped up 4x for efficiency. Cutscenes and most dialogue at normal speed. Chapter 2 of my Final Fantasy Tactics playthrough! Again, I've played this game a lot in the past, so my goal here is to just do the full 100% achievements run, which means a lot of grinding. It honestly took a little getting used to in the beginning, but I've come to appreciate the updated dialog and voiceovers. Huge fan of The Ivalice Chronicles. Finally finished Wind & Truth, to wrap up The Stormlight Archive for a few years (or 6). Absolutely loved the series, and recommend it to any fans of fantasy novels: I also built an app to format ebook highlights into a few different... formats. It takes the raw output from the highlight exports and moves them into markdown, HTML, JSON, or text. I plan on using it on blurbos.com, so I just threw it up on a subdomain over there at I might go back through the Blurbos archive and reformat them eventually. It seems like a lot of work though, so we'll see. Next book: Never Flinch by Stephen King.

The third and final draft was for our Guillotine League, which is a 2 QB league (and scoring favors QBs). Lamar and Allen went before me, so I went with Saquon in the first, and figured I'd still get some decent QBs in the second and third. Overall, I'm good with this draft. If a QB has a bad day, you're in trouble anyway, so I doubled up on WRs for each QB. Bottom scoring team each week gets a strike. Two strikes and you're out in this league. When you're out, your entire team gets dropped to the waiver wire.

I came into this one drafting at the backend (after a second place finish last season), so I wasn't expecting too much. I think I still did pretty decently though, even with relying heavily on the Chiefs offense: Gemini gave me a pretty good draft grade, considering: Final Grade and Analysis Overall Grade: B+ Strengths: Elite Offensive Core: Your first six picks are phenomenal. The Mahomes-led stack (Mahomes, Worthy, Kelce, Brown) is perfectly built for this league's scoring system and gives you a massive weekly advantage. High Upside: You took calculated risks on players like Dobbins and Williams who could be league-winners if they stay healthy.

I had my first fantasy football draft this weekend, in a QB-centric league. Here are the results: I'm basically betting on the boom or bust here. It's not at all what I imagined it would be, but drafting from 7th position, it is what it is. My AI grade was not super favorable, but it also doesn't understand that QBs and Team Defenses can put up good numbers in our scoring format: Overall Grade: B+ This team has the potential to be a championship contender. If the young players live up to their hype and the veterans continue to produce, "Theomans" will be a formidable opponent on a weekly basis.

And WOW it's so good. I'm on book five at the moment and I'm still loving it. I'm currently very slow in updating my sites (obviously), but I just got a new post up really quickly for the first audiobook, which I finished back in May, so I figured I'd cross-post it here. I'll get the rest of my thoughts uploaded eventually. I've also got some new coins, but work and dad life have all sort of taken over. Life is great, though. TLDR (it's not that long, just read it), I highly recommend the Dungeon Crawler Carl audiobook series:

The phrase "L on the rim" often gets thrown around on eBay, with some claiming it refers to a rare error on the penny where the letter "L" in Liberty is printed on the edge of the coin.
