Recent policy changes at X (formerly Twitter) have disrupted over 100 social media studies.

The question remains to know whether the DSA will be able to grant researchers access to data, and under which conditions.

The Hamas-Israel conflict highlights the challenges news organizations face from non-institutional actors. While they're not inherently negative, they do raise questions.
