a blind class... some sort of sorcerer with blindness that uses area spells that affect their surroundings
no status effect that affects sight does anything to them
but in exchange they're always blind

As a result I noticed that the engine speed wasn't being constrained by the wheel speeds, so it was basically always at full burnout...
