A common issue in a noise assessment is people using non-safety noise cancelling music headphones or ear buds in a high noise area. Even though they are noise-cancelling this is still not allowed. www.thenoisechap.com/noise-safety...

Not all noise assessments cost the employer money. In two noise assessments this week the results confirmed an absence of risk so no need for things like hearing testing or hearing protection. A win for the employer and the staff. www.thenoisechap.com
