Some leftists really need to learn how to work with others in order to achieve a common goal. Leftism will get nowhere when the lack of cooperation and contribution to the “left” majority allows for a more unified, conservative front to take over. Liberals can be convinced, conservatives can’t.

I don’t think conservatives understand that they are the party of identity politics. People just want to be left alone and live their life how they want. There wouldn’t be a fight for trans/gay/women’s rights if conservatives hadn’t tried to deny them at the start. That choice was always there.
