The fact the Regime is getting away with federalizing CA National Guard members & the only thing the state govt is doing is filing a lawsuit (vs saying no) just means the Regime is going to do it again & again & again. Lawsuits and wknd protests aren't going to stop the march to tyranny.

If the "protests" are love-ins that don't shut shit down until the Regime is toppled, the daily march towards tyranny and kleptocracy will continue. Meanwhile, Congressional Democrats will wring their hands and confine their 'troublemaking' to stop it to sternly worded tweets and fundraising emails.

This is happening at the Bluebonnet detention center in Anson, TX and appears to be in DIRECT VIOLATION of the Supreme Court's ruling requiring notice "afforded within a reasonable time and in such a manner as will allow them to actually seek habeas relief."

🚨UPDATE: New evidence filed by the ACLU last night shows that the Trump administration is going forward with more Alien Enemies Act deportations in seeming violation of the Supreme Court's clear command that people be provided a "meaningful" opportunity to seek judicial review.
