People place so much emphasis on the last day of December, and because of that, you may feel fear, dread, sadness. How many times have you woken up, to find it is the first of the month, and you hadn’t even noticed. Don’t let today hold more importance than any other, it is Ok to go to bed early. 💙
I HOPE THAT YOU, WHOEVER YOU ARE, WHATEVER YOU DO IN LIFE, ARE TREATING YOURSELF FAIRLY AND AS KIND AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN.
LIFE CAN BE STRESSFUL, DIFFICULT, VERY UNFAIR AT TIMES.

Please remember that a lot of the pressure that comes at this time of year was invented; it has grown into a shopping extravaganza, and social media feeds will be of picture perfect trees and posts of matching pyjama’s competing for likes.
