NEW: Ghislaine Maxwell is set to invoke her Fifth Amendment rights and refuse to answer all questions related to Epstein, Trump, and more during tomorrow’s deposition. Rep. Ro Khanna has sent the following letter to Oversight Committee Chair James Comer in response:
Two-page image of a formal letter on U.S. House of Representatives letterhead, dated February 8, 2026, addressed to Chairman James Comer of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. The letter states that Ghislaine Maxwell plans to invoke her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination at an upcoming House Oversight deposition and criticizes her intent to do so on a blanket basis rather than question by question. It notes her prior meeting with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche and requests clarity on whether she will invoke the Fifth Amendment in response to specific questions. Page one lists six detailed questions concerning alleged co-conspirators in Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse of minors, the lack of indictments, Maxwell’s knowledge of prosecutorial decisions, any role involving President Donald Trump, discussions of a potential presidential pardon in exchange for silence, and any client lists or records maintained by Maxwell or Epstein. Page two adds a seventh question asking Maxwell to identify any foreign governments or intelligence services, including those linked to Russia or Israel, with which Epstein allegedly shared information or acted on behalf of. The letter asks that this document be entered into the official record at the start of the deposition and closes with a formal sign-off and signature from Congressman Ro Khanna, Member of Congress, U.S. House of Representatives.

NEW: Judge Aileen Cannon has thrown out an Epstein Survivor's RICO lawsuit. She's letting her re-file, but refusing to let her file an unredacted complaint under seal. The survivor asked for the sealing to protect her privacy.

Cannon said nope.

Despite the agent promising that the video would not be on Twiiter, a photo of her being arrested was placed on DHS Secretary Kristi Noem's Twitter Feed, and then digitally altered to portray Ms. Levy Armstrong in a false and derogatory light and published on the White House Twitter feed.

1/ ProPublica collected handwritten letters in mid-January from children held at the Dilley Immigration Processing Center, the same facility where 5-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos was taken.

Hundreds of kids are still detained.
