Implementing subtitles/closed captions (there's a difference!) will also have the pleasant side effect of helping out people who can hear just fine but struggle with auditory processing (like me) and I chat some absolute confusing rubbish sometimes

I doubt this will be done before the end of this year but I'm hoping I can get it all done and ready as close to the start of the new year as possible so I can launch captions for all of my old videos at once alongside beginning to upload all new videos with captions

I am working on this channel as my own one man team so I need to juggle all the different tasks that need doing so I will need to find some time to go through the backlog and caption everything

This requires some pre-planning and work on my end before I implement this as this would be a useless platitude if I didn't also retroactively caption all of my previously uploaded videos as well

One of my next big plans for the channel is for all videos to have captions for deaf or hard of hearing viewers! I'm disabled myself with multiple physical conditions affecting mobility so I understand the importance of accessibility and would like to assist where possible😊

Last night @h3nnychan.bsky.social revealed that she got me a Dan Avidan Cameo as an early birthday present since I've been so sick recently and it was one of the most surreal moments of my life, he was so nice and sent me well wishes and sung to me and I immediately burst out crying
