Realized I’ve been paying for a Restore membership I forgot about and it’s right next to my Massage Envy, (my back is trash; it’s a necessity), so I scheduled a therapeutic IV for funsies. Decided today is for bougie self care. 🤷🏼♀️

Anyone else have the flavor of body dysmorphia where you wanna wear jeans but don’t love how they feel, & hate they way they look on your body, so you buy a ton of jeans trying to find a pair that’s comfortable & doesn’t make you feel like a jelly bean & give up and wear leggings instead?

If publications offered a pay-per-article option, like $1-2, instead of “hey to read this you agree to pay us in hundred dollar chunks every year” I’d read a lot more legacy media.

How do we get the attention of the Dems to WORK ON THEIR MESSAGING? They should be all over social media, pod casts, You Tube. Get out of the office and every day scream about what is happening. How hard is it to coordinate a simple message? “Biden gave you $35 insulin. TRUMP TOOK IT AWAY.”

Okay, listen. Am I the only one who is uncomfortable with the, “we can’t get rid of immigrants because they’re the only people who will work for slave wages and everything will be more expensive,” argument? Like let them stay but ‘hey, we can abuse them’ isn’t a good argument.

I always knew there was a happy, positive person hiding inside me. I am so so happy I’ve finally figured out how to let her shine. Proper diagnosis, therapy and adderall has helped! 😬

Calorie counting when you’re 5’1 is difficult. I’m down 8lbs (2 to go!) but I’ve caught 2 colds this winter! It’s a very annoying balance! These salads are amazing though, I could eat them every day.
