Forget the usual "likely voter/registered voter split" argument: fewer than 95% of respondents in this poll are *registered* voters--764 out of 809.

Why would anyone take a poll lead seriously where 5%+ of respondents aren't even registered?

(Asked as a likely Spanberger-er.)

I don't know if the chart is accurate, but if it is, the pattern of orange versus blue is less interesting on a day-to-day basis than on a month-to-month basis in what it implies about the mating patterns of American heterosexuals. Straight Americans copulate mostly between Halloween and Christmas?
September 12 is the most common birthday in America because it is the peak of the baby season but also people would rather not schedule c-sections or inducements for September 11th.

It's like the Labour Party just got word of the message Democrats used when they lost the White House to Trump and Labour is now stroking its collective beard and nodding, looking thoughtfully in the distance as if oblivious of the actual outcome.

Judge Boasberg's hearing today on the Alien Enemies Act highlights that according to this Administration, it's OK if the Secretary of Defense tells a journalist beforehand exact times F-14s will be over Yemen, but when an ICE flight left TX is a state secret that can't be shared with a federal judge
