If Trump enacts martial law, then there should be an immediate nation wide #GeneralStrike in response.

I want to applaud the residents of Minneapolis who managed to keep it together and avoid taking the bait to become violent. It is an incredible showing of community and restraint that is ongoing and worthy of praise in history books. It truly shows who is the aggressor and in the wrong.

It's nice to be able to show solidarity and put some might behind the message. It shouldn't be required. That does make it difficult and possible impossible for the organizers to ever feel justified in being able to call the strike though.

Yeah because they want you to put in your full name. I'd get fired in an instant because I work at-will. I'll absolutely strike, but I can't put my name in public saying "I'll be an unreliable worker sometime in the future".

2/2 If Trump thinks he can order us at gunpoint to be good little workers and consumers then he is WRONG. That is no different than being a slave. In America we are supposed to be free to do as we please and if that means pissing off the billionaires then fuck them. We outnumber them 2,000,000:1.
