I had to get a new phone today, and they told me my plan wouldn't change. So of course my plan changed and I lost Disney/Hulu/ESPN, Apple Music, and my mobile hotspot. These were included at no cost in my last plan, now they want me to pay $10/month for each of them. Gonna have to give them a call.
