Another I remember was Sony's Pre-E3 event before E3 2017 where they decided they wanted to amp up the realism for their presentation. During the Call of Duty: WWII trailer, they flashbanged the audience with a real flash bang grenade behind the screen. Wasn't painful, but it was a dick move
