If you’re still ranting, “How can they believe this crap?!?”

You’re asking the wrong question.

The real issue is more than intelligence. It’s conditioning.

Fear is installed in the nervous system, stabilized through repetition, then weaponized.

As Trump destabilizes, MAGA doesn’t soften. It hardens. Cruelty lands easier. Violence starts to feel normal.
I wrote about why this isn’t politics anymore, it’s identity fusion and collective narcissism.

What happens to a movement when its strongman disappears?

It doesn’t end. It sorts itself out. This week I dig into the psychology of MAGA after Trump. “Who’s next?” is the wrong question.

Dear Europe,

Please replace all windmills with mirrors.

He’ll argue with himself for hours,
forget where he is,
and declare victory.

Caroline Leavitt will call it a policy win.

You’re welcome.

Dear Greenland,

Change your name to Epsteinland.

He’ll instantly forget where you are, he’ll never have met you, and he won’t bring it up again.

You’re welcome.

This moment demands psychological expertise and courage.

Silence normalizes pathology.

Speaking out interrupts it.

The mental health field still has power if enough voices decide to use it.
January 8, 2026 at 9:29 PM
Many critics don’t dispute the analysis.
They just object to it being said out loud.
That’s not ethics.
That’s professional cowardice and we see the consequences.
January 8, 2026 at 9:28 PM
Here’s the bitter irony:

Barry Goldwater warned against authoritarian populism.

Yet his name now silences warnings about exactly that kind of danger.
January 8, 2026 at 9:27 PM
Today we use longitudinal data, behavioral patterns, neurobiology, and population-level evidence.

We assess risk every day without sitting across from someone.

That’s not reckless. That’s modern, quality science.
January 8, 2026 at 9:26 PM
The Goldwater Rule wasn’t handed down from Mount Sinai.

It was written in the 1970s — when psychiatry was subjective, Freudian, and wildly unregulated and unvalidated.

That world is gone.
January 8, 2026 at 9:25 PM
Mental health professionals have recognized this pattern for years.

So why the silence?

Because too many are hiding behind an outdated ethics rule instead of rising beside modern science.

His only “strategy” is self-preservation.

Spectacle, threat, chaos all serve one function: protecting the Malignant Narcissist's fragile false self at any cost.
January 8, 2026 at 9:23 PM
This isn’t about left vs right.

It’s about a dementing malignant narcissist escalating without restraint while voices are frozen in place.

Politics is the fallout, not the cause.
January 8, 2026 at 9:22 PM
This week: How we got into this mess through the obsolete Goldwater Rule, and why we desperately need every mental health professional’s voice shouting loud that he is dangerously deteriorating. His latest spectacle is more proof. Extremely informative, giving you unique perspective and foundation.

If your reaction to his post about the Reiners was visceral, trust it.

Outrage here isn’t overreaction, it's healthy.

Because this isn’t about what he said. It’s about what it reveals.
December 24, 2025 at 12:03 AM
But he needs to end on a soothing note. Not.

Grandiose claims rush in to self-soothe, followed by performative sympathy.

He has shown that he is pretty much incapable of authentic empathy. At best it's transactional, but in this case it’s just image management.

It's like sending plastic flowers.
December 24, 2025 at 12:02 AM
Next he morally inverts his cruelty by implying victims “caused” the anger that harmed them.

This is where narcissism turns malignant. He pathologically reframes the suffering.

He's morally right and the suffering is deserved.
December 23, 2025 at 11:59 PM
Everything becomes about Trump.

EVERYTHING. Even tragedy.

It's called omnireference. People know about grandiosity and paranoia. This puts them together in a severe way. It's reality totally reorganized around the "self" — praise proves greatness, criticism proves persecution.
December 23, 2025 at 11:57 PM
Then dissent becomes the pathology: his critics aren’t wrong, they’re “diseased.”

This medicalizes disagreement and recenters reality around the ego. Sorry MAGA it's not strength, it's pathological insecurity peeking through the mask.
December 23, 2025 at 11:52 PM
Devaluation shows up first: “...once very talented.”
That’s conditional worth, the praise exists only without dissent. A classic narcissistic defense.
December 23, 2025 at 11:50 PM
I don't need or want to diagnose. I’m analyzing language.

Line by line, the post shows an ongoing pattern that smells like Malignant Narcissism: grandiosity fused with paranoia, aggression, and lack of empathy... just to name a few.
December 23, 2025 at 11:49 PM
Trump’s response to the murder of Rob Reiner and his wife wasn’t just offensive. It was a psychological tell all story. When tragedy becomes his ego fuel, it only looks like bad politics. It's actually scary pathology.
