In case anyone wants to know, cause I did research on what pens are used for signing books and came up with SHARPIES 🫠, I used a Paper Mate Ink Joy gel 0.7 in green. I've had issues with it when writing for prolonged times in the past, but for signatures, it worked great with no bleed 👍.

I'm wondering how to go about including Native myths and culture in my writing. For the record, I'm part Cherokee but didn't grow up experiencing the culture much.
I'd love to include other tribes in my writing in a way that's honoring them, but also understandably fiction.

I saw a post the other day that an author got a bad review because their book had no spice in it. I swear if I get a review like that, I might laugh. My debut is dark fantasy ya. My characters are around 16-17, with some a bit older. The most "spice" I have is two of them bonding over reading
