What is this world where my teenager tells me that she’s joining 4B because it’s one of the only ways she feels she can keep herself safe. She’s having a hard time trusting men outside of our trusted family circle this last week. It just makes me sad.

I’m doing what I can and just taking it day by day. The hubs did book a massage for me on Monday and that helped some. Still not 100%. All of this shit show of whatever is happening plus the anniversary of Carlie’s passing in less than a week. It’s a rough time right now but I’ll be okay. 💙
