Just finished the last non-optional island in Dragon Quest VII Reinagined.
Clocked in about 36 hours so far. They must have trimmed a lot cause I heard this game was 70-100 hours long.

Been playing Dragon Quest VII. Man, the first 15 hours of that game are a slog, both story wise and gameplay wise. It’s finally getting good now I have moonlighting available.
Also that intro was criminal. Didn’t get into a battle for the first hour and a half. Persona tier shit.

I was looking forward to Nioh 3 but every time i've tuned into someone streaming this game, they've been fighting a boss that was in one of the first two.

atleast normally there's like a square rpg remaster/port to get excited about.
FF7 rebirth on switch has 0 appeal to me. I don't want to play a neutered version of the game at 30fps just for the novelty of having it available handheld.

Honestly, I don't even know if I'd play a Fallout 3 Remastered if it shadowdropped. That game is still inherently more playable than OG oblivion, especially with tale of two wastelands.

I like stats when they're done right (fallout 3/NV) but honestly I wasn't sad to see them go in Skyrim.
I love Morrowind & Oblivion dearly, but visiting trainers or spamming spells to make sure I get the right stats sucked. That gameplay is unnatural and the reason i always use +5 skill mods.

The ensemble cast is getting better but man this shit on the whole is not well written. I've spent the past 100 hours saving these dick's asses and they're all like "oh that big plant dragon that's gonna kill everyone is none of my business, actually."

Halfway through LWS2 in GW2 and I am losing steam with this game. Character motivations absolutely confound me in this story, every leader is a self-absorbed fucking asshole. I just spent two chapters getting these dumbasses to a summit to address a world-ending threat.

my honest hot take is that kingsman sucks just as much as the girls. the tournament had no prize pool initially, and he made it about the money when people didn't sign up with that in mind.
the girls' responses were still awful though.
