The cover for the Seven Inch Collection by The Answer, which I thought was fine. It is a thick greenish paper cover with stitching around three sides and a fold on the bottom. There is just the barest hint of a live photo of the band in orange tones on the green background. You can sort of make out a few faces and the singer with the microphone but it is very faded/dim. The band name appears at the bottom in serif all caps hardcore font but slightly distressed and the words "seven inch collection" appear below that in a sans serif font with an extra space between inch and collection.

The CD cover for Goddamnit by Alkaline Trio. It is a mostly black cover (there's a white version, too, I think) with a photo of a round, old timey alarm clock repeated three times across the middle third. The clock is color adjusted to be reddish while everything else on the cover is black or white. The title of the record is in a large kind of curvy celtic serif font in a dark grey all lowercase. The band name is at the top in a more straight gothy serif font in a light grey or white.

The cover for the Wish I Never Loved You 7" by The Buzzcocks, which I thought was not great. It is a sort of cardboard brown color cover with minimal graphics of a person tossing a kid in the trash but the person and kid are just a circle for a head, a trapezoid for a body and long triangles for arms and legs. The trash can is sort of distorted but made of a mesh of thick stripes. Behind this image the Buzzcocks logo hovers in a light brown. In the top left, that same logo is in a smaller size and white with the title of the record in black lowercase sans serif monotype font through the middle of the logo. The logo is just the band name in all caps sans serif font with the two Z's smooshed together and the first one stretched below the other letters and the second one stretched above the other letters. Minimal.

The record cover for the The Bouncing Souls / The Menzingers "Shocking" split 7", which I thought was fine. It is a yellow cover with black printing that is a little distressed like a road sign that is weathered or like it has been stamped. A rounded corner square contains the main printing and has widely spaced diagonal stripes in the background. Two skulls appear, one in the top right corner and one in the bottom left. In the other corners, the band names are placed over a stripe and appear in bold all caps sans serif font as "Bouncing Souls" and "The Menzingers". In the middle a large square rotated 45 degrees overlays all the stripes and contains a lightning bolt with an arrow at the bottom like safety signs that warn about the possibility of electric shock.

A promo image for the game Steelrising, which I thought was not great. The background is a gritty Parisian street in the 1800's or earlier with a wagon of some kind on the right, an ornate window in the far background, and dark buildings with many textural features shadowing the street. A glow comes from the end of the street behind the main character of the image. That character is a humanoid robot facing away from the viewer. They have an old-timey, curls-on-the-side, grey hairstyle and clear robot features like a jointed arm, and robot legs. Their outfit is a pieced together mishmash of a high-collared vest that's maybe on backwards as it shows a lot of robot back but it does have one arm with a sleeve, some kind of tailed waist thing, and maybe one boot. They hold two lacy and spiky fans at waist level creating the image of a wide dress. The title of the game hovers over these fans in a sort of roughly forged steel serif all caps font with the S and G larger than the other letters.

The record cover for the Lumberjack Days 7" by Brent's T.V., which I thought was not great. It is a black and white cover with the band name in big all caps serif font rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise in a white banner on the left. The record title is the same font but smaller, centered on two lines at the top of the main image. The main image is a picture of a very large Paul Bunyan statue in front of a tall evergreen tree. The giant lumberjack is holding an axe by the head sort of using it as a crutch and waving at the viewer with the other hand. He seems quite tall but actually scale is hard to tell with the evergreen tree background.

The cover for the record Some Kind of Cadwallader by Algernon Cadwallader, which I thought was fine. The cover is an image of trees made out of construction paper. The base layer is a washed out light blue and then layers of green rounded cut out trees take up about two thirds of the top of the image. Two tree trunks are cut out of light brown paper and on top of the blue and green at the bottom of the image. The band name is in alternating yellow and pink cut out letters in an all caps sans serif font in a slight arc near the top of the image.

A promo image for the game Temtem, which I thought was not great. At the top, the title is in a yellow 3-d font that looks vaguely tropical or tiki style and sits on a brownish background shape that sort of looks like an island with two sets of short bunny ears, one set poking out of each side. The main image is a grassy field maybe in front of a castle like a medieval joust with three fake pokemon running from the right of the image to the left. The closest one is a bird-like creature with a tall red forehead and a green body. The middle one is a T-Rex sorta thing with a grey back and blue underside and a blue mohawk-like fine. The farthest one is a wild piggish beast with pink underneath a brown and blue striped hairy back. A little pointy-eared fox sits on part of the castle/house in the background, as well.

The box cover for the game Code Vein, which I thought was fine. It has the blue banner at the top with the PS4 logo in it, the ESRB M rating in the bottom left corner, and the Bandai Namco logo in the bottom right. The main image is a very spiky cityscape all leaning into a bright sunset. Two very spiky characters stand in the foreground, one staring into the sun, I presume, and the other peeking over their shoulder looking back at us. The one looking back at us is femme presenting, has a tall Russian-style hat on, is dressed in a black dress, and is carrying a gun sword thing. The dude staring into the sun has a cool cape as well as a tall collar and shirt tails and their right arm is basically just all spikes and a some Edward Scissorhands style gauntlet. I cannot emphasize enough how many spiky features there are in this image.

The record cover for the Captain, We're Sinking / Spraynard split 7", which I thought was pretty good. It is a brown background with a hand drawn design. There's a child in a striped shirt and overalls climbing a ladder in the bottom left corner. They are reaching upwards towards a pair of shoes tied together and hung from a powerline. The power pole is to their right and extends up most of the cover. To the right of that are the band names in a hand drawn outline font rotated 90 degrees clockwise, with each taking up about half the width (height?) of the cover, so the Captain, We're Sinking part is on two lines.

The box cover for the game ABZÛ, which I thought was pretty good. The PS4 logo is in a blue banner at the top, the E for Everyone rating icon is in the bottom left corner, and the 505Games logo is in the bottom right. The main image is of a diver in a dark blue and yellow diving suit with long flippers swimming downwards, presumably in the ocean but down towards a pool of water. They're reaching out one hand towards a spot of light and their own reflection in the underwater pool (or maybe the surface and everything is upside down?) and a ring of ripples expands from their touch. In the background, a school of light blue fish swim by dark underwater structures and, further back, more fish swim in the distance as darker blue against a slightly lighter blue. Lotsa blue. The game title appears just above the diver's flippers in a very thin all caps sans serif font.

The cover for the Spackle and Grout 7" by 10:07 (or ten-o-seven), which I thought was not great. It is a pretty basic cover with the band name (time?) at the top in a basic serif font widely spaced in a white rectangle with a double border of black then white. A large white square with a similar border is broken into four smaller squares, three of which have technical drawings of how to booby trap a home with explosives and the fourth has the record title centered in it in an all caps serif font. Two of the technical drawings are of windows with bombs at the top and the third is a detail drawing of a door lock booby trap.

A promo graphic (kind of, I guess) for the game Undertale, which I thought was fine. It is a nearly all black graphic with the title of the game in the middle. The font is a chunky and bold sans serif in white with very pixelated anti-aliasing around the edges. The R has a little heart in it made of 6 red pixels, basically a 2x3 rectangle of pixels with the middle column shifted down one pixel. There's a little TM on the top right corner in a smaller pixelated font. That's it!

The box cover for the game F-Zero: Maximum Velocity, which I worked on as a tester and thought was fine. The image is a classic Game Boy Advance cover with the silver banner with the curved edge on the left site and the Game Boy Advance logo in it. The top left corner has a purple triangle with "Only for" in it. The main image is of several futuristic racers zooming towards the viewer, a purple one with giant turbines on the side leads the way, to the viewer's left an aqua green one with sort of a 50's mini car vibe, to the viewer's right an orange and yellow one with a rounded nose, in the background a somewhat squared off grey/green one, a yellow one that kind of looks like the batmobile (Tim Burton one), and way in the back near a big lens flare is a light grey one that is somewhat saucer-like. All of them have giant fins and closed cockpits. The game title is at the top and the F-Zero part is a very bold sans serif font with fiery outline and transparent inner part overlaid on an image of the earth from space, maybe? Below that, the "maximum velocity" part is in a glowing spacey purple font with the middle lines of the m and y sticking out of the top of the m and the into the bottom of the top part of the y. The ESRB rating and nintendo logo are in the bottom right corner and in the bottom left of the main image it reads: "Link It Up! 1 Game Pak 4 Players. See back panel for details." I never got to test the multiplayer part.

A promo image for the game Sable, which I thought was fine. The image is a lightly shaded desertscape with a blue/white gradient sky and a somewhat cartoony drawing style. The clouds are sparse and just little blobs of white. The ground is a pale orangey-brown with little rounded shapes and a couple tiny rocks. A humanoid figure walks along this desert and is wearing a sort of rugged harem pant, a couple of leather-like belts and a red. hooded poncho, open at the side. Every bit of their skin is covered with fabric or leather and their face is hidden behind a skull-like mask with tall horns. A hovering "speeder bike" floats behind them. It is a simple shape made of basic cylinders and a pair of nondescript wings angled downwards. The bike is colored similarly to the desert floor. At the top is the game title in a bold all caps sans serif font with two small squares at either end like a period but horizontally centered. Below the title is a design that is made of several stacked bold lines with kinks in them to create the illusion of a pyramid.

Screenshot from the game Bricks Breaker Quest, which I thought was fine. It's a pretty rudimentary game with different color neon bordered blocks at the top with numbers in them. White circles form a line from the bottom center of the playing rectangle up to the blocks, breaking them and making more numbers appear. Above the playing rectangle is a circle with a dot in it and a circle with the pause symbol in it on opposite sides of the screen and in-between, a bar that measures how well you've done has a star on the left, a start 2/3rd of the way to the right and a star to the right. Above that, it says "STAGE-6" and below the bar the number 150 appears. Below the playing rectangle is a red bordered neon box containing a small circle with a down arrow below it.

A promo image for the game Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War, which I thought was fine. It is a pretty straightforward shoulders up image of an army dude but actually two dudes cut in half by a tearing paper effect and put together so they make one dude. The half-dude on the right has a helmet and a grim expression and the helmet has a collage of American iconography on it and his shirt is a collage of magazine headlines and photos? Left half-dude has reflective aviator glasses, a grim expression, and a fuzzy hat from the former Soviet Union with the corresponding iconography overlaid. His shirt is also magazine collage but Russian stuff. The background is a cold concrete wall or maybe some lightly creased paper. The long-ass title of the game appears centered at the top in three different all caps sans serif fonts, the standard Call Of Duty logo font at the top, a more tech-y sfont for Black Ops, and weirdly they did not go for a Cyrillic-style font for Cold War but instead a kind of boring like Arial or Helvetica or whatever.

The box cover for the game The Adventures of Bayou Billy which I thought was fine. This is a pretty bonkers cover, folks. At the top, the title of the game is in a jagged outlined serif font in green on a brown dirt-like background with jungle like plants hanging off the sides, a lizard on the top left corner, and a snake on the top right. At the bottom is a New Orleans hotel, an off-roading jeep, an alligator in tall grass, the Nintendo seal of quality, and the licensed by Nintendo logo. At the very top is the Konami logo, by the way. In the middle is where it really goes nuts. Just off to the left of center, a rotund male-presenting figure wearing a hat and smoking a cigar is appearing to abduct a white lady with blonde hair wearing daisy duke shorts and a red top that barely contains the disproportional chest that the artist has endowed her with. In the middle is the main character, a clear crocodile dundee rip off with a tattered wide-brimmed hat, some sort of vest, ripped jeans held up by a thick rope, and holding a large knife in a weirdly large hand. The signature grey Konami box stripes appear on the sides in the background and our main character stands in the middle of a swamp. Bananas.

The cover for the De-Real 7" by Plastique, which I thought was not great. It is a three color print, red, black, and white, with several layers. The bottom layer is a red banner on the side with the record title in lower case sans-serif font at the bottom. Above this, most of the rest of the background is black with a diagonal border overlapping the red banner and leaving a little white at the bottom. The band name is in this black area in the same lower case sans-serif font but larger. Across the middle is two strips of photos of the band members as if from a photo booth but sideways. They are printed twice, red in the background offset about half way and black in the foreground, repeating the same four pictures two to three times each.
