This is lovely! Every designer I talk to seems so pleasantly surprised at their own success. I have to wonder at what point it will stop feeing like an anomaly as tabletop becomes more accepted as a medium.

With an alarming number of plays on BGA, I’ve grown suspect of the randomness of the starting hands, draws and market cards in Ark Nova. The deck is massive. Countless times I’ve started two tables at roughly the same time and had at least half of my starting hands be the same cards between tables.
