Art Vs. Artist 2025 (first one I've done).
Up until the last two months, this was a rough year, but I'm very happy that I used that down time to really practice art, resulting in probably the greatest improvement I've had.

Every day I’m reminded why Spidey is my favorite superhero and lately I’m drawn to well drawing him more. Although I didn’t like the background I am very proud of the characters, particularly Peters hands and arm. Hope you like it. I have one more in me before the year ends.

Every day I’m reminded why Spidey is my favorite superhero and lately I’m drawn to well drawing him more. Although I didn’t like the background I am very proud of the characters, particularly Peters hands and arm. Hope you like it. I have one more in me before the year ends.

Finished my Beast illustration.
I'm very happy with my new illustration. I wanted to draw two characters interacting and used a lot of references and tutorials to get the look I wanted. It's not quite there yet but I did feel a bit of a level up.

Broke the 400lb squat today. It’s so rare that I feel proud of myself and it turns out it’s because of heavy cicles.

First pass WIP of a scene I'm working on. Scenes like this with slow, gradual movement give me a hard time and I've been staring at this for too long to trust my own judgement, so any constructive feedback before I give this another pass is welcome.

I’ve been strengthening my lower back to squat more. I topped at 335 lbs today for three good reps. I know I can do more but I really don’t want to risk another injury.
I feel like I’ve added more mass to my legs this year than in the last four. My sweatpants actually feel tight.
