Attention Herbalists; I'm trying to find a book I owned in the 80s that had instructions for herbal tinctures, teas, fomentations,douches, enemas, and more. Mine was a white covered quality paperback. A treasure lost in the chaos of life. Any ideas what the book was called or who wrote it?

I had a dream I was riding around on a giraffe. There's no place to set your coffee when riding a giraffe, so amidst the wonder of it I was whining about the lack of cup holders. You just can't take me anywhere.

The day "Fire Walk With Me" premiered I worked a double shift. My friend, Andy came by my shop near closing, told me he had seen it, and if I didn't go with him to see the midnight showing so we could talk about it he would never go to sleep again. David Lynch was that kind of director.

The viscous cycle of streaming hours of a program while I craft only to have Supernatural or Dexter or The Good Place halt with the inane question "are you still watching this" and not finding the remote to respond yes because of art stuff everywhere. (The remote always ends up under my butt)

I couldn't sleep, so I pull up Hay Day on my phone. I bring in a crop of wheat and milk my overly dramatic cows. I must have fallen asleep because I was eating curry with Katherine Hepburn when the chickens cackle on my still running phone and I jerk awake, thinking I'm being attacked by poultry.
