Two cosplays I wanted to do, Captain Rex from Star wars, and Steel armour from Skyrim. Why not combine into one costume? Got a lot better at making foam armour comfortable to wear.

My first time using SFX prosthetics was with Voldemort, I wasn't very good at blending yet. Also made a super handy cloak which I could use for a bunch of other costumes.
