Top right corner, there's a hashtag. Click it to add/amend feeds you see. There are MANY good ones. For now you want "Mentions" (mentions without likes etc.) & "Only Posts" (friend posts without replies).

Pretty much running out of reasons now to keep the other app apart from watching it die a slow tortured death like it deserves
