Started the week with an internal AutoCAD tips and tricks presentation and it’s inspired many great conversations since. As a long time user, the curse of knowledge is real, and that type of real world conversations is immensely helpful in delivering greater value to those I support.

Are your training courses bland, irrelevant, and boring? If so it’s probably be a you neglected the most important stakeholder: your learners. While the business needs of a class are always known, do you know what your learners want? Their pain points? What they value? Design better learning.
