It seems to me that ever since I started my YouTube channel on mental health that it has helped me greatly with my own borderline personality disorder.
Why? I think it has forced me to mentalize and reflect on many thoughts and feelings.

I sometimes wish that dating was like it was 130000 BC. All needed is a big wooden club and you simply catch your wife without the hassles of having to flirt and talk.

Having a real rough time today. Missing my ex horribly. We are good friends with no bad blood but haven’t seen each other since August as a choice to try to normalize a friendship one day.
Not going as planned. It feels doomed to end in having to end our friendship all together for my own sake.

I’m 49. I just went back to higher education this autumn. Hopefully it will get me on track for a functional independent adult life for the first time ever.

Sometimes I feel sorry for myself. Then I remember that I live in an old cozy stone cottage, out on the Swedish countryside, with a relaxing fireplace, food in my fridge, a cat to pet, and some of the self pity goes away. I have more than 95% of humanity after all.

Me: If I ever became filthy rich I wouldn’t want to live an excessive lifestyle. I want the simple life that would give me peace of mind. A small cottage with a small garden. Not buying any extensive things really.
