I don’t do my work to be efficient. I do it because I ENJOY it. I don’t wanna turn my Viz work into a prompt exercise and sit for 8 hours a day writing thousands of prompts.. I wanna actually CREATE.

When you operate with extensive burnout you start gauging how many productive hours a day you have.
I usually can get 5 if I feel good - but if it’s intensive work my brain absolutely crashes afterwards

I learned a valuable lesson with THC seltzers last night. One potency in one brand does not mean the others are the same lol
Don’t go to a stronger potency AND switch brands. One that affects you like CBD doesn’t mean the other won’t get you violently high 😅

Ngl I kinda loathe how small my #Destiny2 playtime has gotten. Idk how to energize myself either. I used to play multiple hours daily. Now it’s barely an hour every other month.

Sometimes I get sent GenAI recommendations - tools to use in my work - by coworkers who’ve embraced using AI in their jobs.
I like my work. I like the steps, the process, and I already strive to make it as efficient as possible.
Why tf would I want to use GenAI to does the parts I love to do?

I have a lot of things I enjoy to do - but the consistent problem I’ve had my whole life is that every skill I’ve developed is underlined by a “I don’t exist without this” mentality.
It creates pockets of creativity and happiness, that are equally balanced by slumps of self loathing.
