Chapter 6 of "From What I Tasted of Desire", my #CaptivePrince / ATLA AU is *finally* finished! Laurent is going through it, Damen is having a crisis, and Nikandros is not getting paid enough. So, what else is new.
I have not been writing much lately, mainly due to extra tasks at work and being in the process of moving into a new apartment - but I really hope I can finally get some writing done over Easter, and perhaps fucking finally post a new chapter.

I've been clearing out my old apartment today once more and the thought of leaving it for good is so bittersweet. On the one hand it's what I've always wanted, namely leaving the place behind since I never really liked it. But I also wish I could have found a job in my uni town. I miss it so much.

The older I get, the more annoying most social media is to me. In the past few weeks alone I have deactivated both Twitter and Threads and my mental health has SKYROCKETED. Everyone is so aggressive there. I hope this won't happen to Bluesky or, worse, tumblr.

Perhaps this is an unpopular opinion, but: charging 40€ for a day ticket to Comic Con Germany is way too expensive. Even more so when half of the convention consists of Star Wars and the other half is made of stalls that sell overpriced shit that is clearly nothing special. I left after two hours.
